On Saturday, June 24, we had a small crew of volunteers consisting of Dwight Maxey, Colin Mellin, Kendall Crouch and Paul Brown, enjoy a nice warm and dry day getting some track work done. The crew replaced three cross ties that were in bad shape. These were discovered last December during one of our Christmas Train runs. A temporary repair was done then, but we needed to get some healthy ties in place there. The crew made quick work of changing out the ties and even were able to break for lunch.

I have included pictures of the work completed that also show how much fun we have while doing some hard work!
