On Saturday, December 7, volunteers Dwight Maxey, Colin Mellin, Bruce Davis, Chris Pollard, Ben Pollard, Polly Cotton, Dannis Hudson, Reid Adams and Paul Brown worked hard to get the train set lighted and decorated for the upcoming Christmas events. Bruce worked hard to clean up the inside of the C&W Caboose so it can be used at the events. Polly put her special touch on decorations in all the cabooses. Everyone jumped in to get interior lighting installed.

After a quick lunch break, we switched some equipment around to get the cabooses in order, and then tested the generator and the lighting to make sure everything worked. The sun was setting as we tied up work.

Make sure to mark your calendars for 12/13, 12/14, 12/21 and 12/24 and think about volunteering some time to help at the events which start at 4:00pm and run till 8:00pm.
