On Saturday, October 31, volunteers Dwight, Ron, Dianne, Bruce, Jerod, Kendall, Reid, Dannis, Jasper, Nick, John, Michael, Teia, Colin, Ben, Cole, and Paul got everything together for a frightfully good evening of train rides and the “be scared for your life” Haunted Railcar! With really nice weather, it was a breeze to have a good time, which sure made things nice for the crew. Of course after things get dark, the serious Halloween revelers start creeping about, which keeps things interesting.

We had a pretty good turnout of guests, and quite a few were in great costumes, but we didn’t break our record for visitors on this scary night. Perhaps the trick-or-treaters were more interested in getting candy from their neighborhoods!
